TAL Remodel

The flagship location of TAL Realty Inc. was the longtime location of the local business Art’s Transmission.   Through the help of local architect Trev Elliston, TAL Realty was transformed from a working transmission shop into a modern day real estate brokerage.  The work encompassed removing lifts, old scrap metal, and a lot, we mean a lot of elbow “grease”.  Art always had a sign up that read “1,000,000 transmissions sold (more or less)”.  Through the remodel, we carried on the tradition and counted our real estate transactions.  After thorough accounting we figure...TAL Realty has closed a 1,000,000 transactions, (more or less).  Located right on Historic Route 66, TAL Realty Inc. sits at the gateway of downtown Albuquerque.  Don’t be too shy to stop in and say...hi!
