TAL Realty Inc. is a boutique real estate brokerage located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. TAL Realty was founded in 2003 by Adam Trubow who maintains 100% ownership of the company. TAL Realty currently has four active associate brokers practicing all spectrums of real estate in the Albuquerque area. All are members of the Albuquerque Metropolitan Board of Realtors and are continually in good standing.
TAL Realty’s clients and business associates include delinquent home owners, attorneys, asset managers, first time home buyers, small business owners, and other investors. The diverse client base allows TAL Realty to work in all areas of real estate and turn profits from many different types of transactions relating from conventional real estate to distressed properties.
Adam Trubow launched TAL Realty in late 2003 and is currently President and Qualifying Broker. Adam has successfully been involved in a wide variety of real estate transactions specializing in foreclosed and distressed properties. The diversity of transactions has provided Adam with years of experience ranging from conventional real estate brokerage to raw land development.
Patrick McBride has been working with TAL Realty Inc. since 2005. In 2005, Pat launched his real estate career from scratch. Working in a market that went from boom to bust, Pat has learned priceless real estate lessons that make him a top notch real estate professional today.
Amy Ackroyd was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Amy believes Albuquerque is not just a place to live, but a way of life. The native Albuquerquean has been a part of the local real estate industry since 1994. Her extended career in local real estate has given her the opportunity to work with some of the top firms in the area.
